The TORTUS app is a web application, that works in all modern browsers. For this reason, the set up is minimal, with the main requirements being whitelisting and user management. Ensuring your users understand the hardware requirement around microphones, how to change devices, and MFA setup.
Single Sign on (SSO)
TORTUS supports using single sign on to manage your users. This is our recommended option for signing up users. This is because it allows you to manage access controls, MFA, and rollout with the need for TORTUS to manage accounts.
