TORTUS is a web based application that helps clinicians improve their workflows. This guide is to assist IT Teams looking to setup and manage the TORTUS app on behalf of their users.

Setup

The TORTUS app is a web application, that works in all modern browsers. For this reason, the set up is minimal, with the main requirements being whitelisting and user management. Ensuring your users understand the hardware requirement around microphones, how to change devices, and MFA setup.

User management

Single Sign on (SSO)

TORTUS supports using single sign on to manage your users. This is our recommended option for signing up users. This is because it allows you to manage access controls, MFA, and rollout.

Manual signup

Alternatively, you can provide us with a list of users to sign up. This can be in any format such as CSV or spreadsheet software.
